A BIALY is a chewy yeast roll that is similar to a bagel, but has the texture of an English Muffin!!!  Unlike a bagel, which is boiled before baking, a bialy is simply baked and instead of a hole in the middle, it has a depression.  Before baking, this depression is filled with diced onions.   You are sure to want more, once you give them a try!
